  • Robotics Club
    Multidisciplinary engineering and computer science club that explores the capabilities of autonomous and remote-controlled robotics.

  • Aeronautics Club
    For students interested in flight, the club learns about RC aircraft design and competes in competitions.

  • Rocketry Club
    Aimed to increase involvement with anything aerospace related at UP, this club hosts events, participates in national competitions, and discusses developments in current aerospace news/technology. 
  • Electric Vehicle Design Club
    Dedicated to community outreach and building & racing electric vehicles in collegiate-level design competitions.

  • American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE)
    National professional society dedicated to the fundamentals of civil engineering.

  • Association for Computing Machinery (ACM)
    Oldest professional organization for software professionals.

  • Biomedical Engineering Society (BMES)
    Comprised of STEM students who share a common interest in using biomedical sciences to advance human health and well-being.
  • Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (IEEE)
    International non-profit technical association dedicated to promoting the engineering process for electrical, electronic, and information technologies and sciences.  

  • Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers (SASE)
    SASE powers a premier STEM talent pipeline for students. We focus on people first: helping you build real skills, grow as a leader, and connect with a community that fuels your future.
  • Society of Hispanic Professional Engineers (SHPE)
    SHPE changes lives by empowering the Hispanic community to realize its fullest potential and to impact the world through STEM awareness, access, support and development.

  • Society of Women Engineers (SWE)
    SWE is a club that connects UP students to the Society of Women Engineer’s global network of over 50,000 women engineers and allies across the word. They do this by attending the SWE National Conference and having guest speakers come to their monthly meetings. Membership in the SWE club at UP is open to all genders.

  • Tau Beta Pi (TBP)
    The National Engineering Honor Society recognizes engineering and computer science students and alumni who have conferred honor upon their Alma Mater though distinguished scholarship and exemplary character.
